Fricasse Bali

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 teaspoon chili jam, 500 grams pork fillets, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ground mace, ground cloves, 450 grams small potatoes, 200 ml water, 400 ml coconut milk,

Number of persons: 4

Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon chili jam until the onion is soft. Add 500 grams diced pork fillet far. Bake until the meat is brown. Then add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ground mace and cloves (both to taste). Fry briefly. Add 450 grams small potatoes and 200 grams water. Stir well. Reduce the heat and leave it to simmer for about 45 minutes. Blanch meanwhile 200 grams snow peas in boiling water. Add 400 ml coconut milk and the blanched snow peas to the meat and potatoes. Heat through well. Enjoy!
